WHO I HELP
ENTREPRENEURS
Entrepreneurs juggle a million things at once. The last thing you need is to spend hours researching to try to find the right tool - I’m standing right there with the hammer ready to go, oh, and the drill and screws I know you’ll need for the next step.
I meet business owners where they’re at to provide the right resources and connections when they need them to impact their businesses and communities.
"You got a problem? Yo, I’ll solve it.
Kidding, kinda….think of me as your out-sourced problem solver."
- ELIZABETH CIZINSKY
LEADERS AT LEADING ORGS
Leading companies and organizations are more focused than ever on impacting their communities. But are they actually making a difference? I can help!
I bring nearly a decade of experience creating, implementing and evaluating strategies for organizations to create the greatest impact for the clients and communities.
HI, IT'S ME
I'm Elizabeth! A numbers gal obsessed with helping small and growing businesses make an impact on their community, customers, employees, and beyond. As a proud daughter of a hardworking business owner, I gained inspiration early on how companies could contribute to their society, and how value is expressed and exchanged.
During an Intro to Economics class, I fell in love with analyzing outcomes and understanding the connection business and community can have on economic development. And I have taken that love and passion with me to this very day.
For nearly 9 years, I’ve worked with small and growing businesses connecting them to the right resources. Since 2015, I have led an economic development initiative called Scale Up Milwaukee,. Through my work, I have helped connect 300+ companies to support, technical assistance, training, financing, mentors and more.
It has been my mission to create a more economically equitable society for all, to level the playing field so everyone has access to the right tools at the right time, and I'm ready to help you!
